Qvu Data Service 0.2.0

Qvu Data Service 0.2.0 now has an integrated report designer. In order to
update an existing Qvu Data Service follow these steps:

1. Copy the following entries into the <qvu-repoistory>/config/application.properties file:

	#default report settings added in ver 0.2.0
	default.page.size=letter
	default.page.orientation=portrait
	default.page.units=inch
	default.header.height=1
	default.footer.height=1
	default.page.border=0.5,0.5,0.5,0.5

	default.int.formats=#.00|#0|###,###,###

2. Copy qvu-0.2.0.jar found here: https://filedn.com/laRzqRKL1TGjbXdA1wpuB6z/qvu-0.2.0.jar
   to the desired application location
   
3. Copy the updated help file from https://filedn.com/laRzqRKL1TGjbXdA1wpuB6z/qvu-help-0.2.0.pdf
   to <qvu-repositort>/help/qvu-help-en-US.pdf
   
4. Copy the updated language file https://filedn.com/laRzqRKL1TGjbXdA1wpuB6z/qvu-language-0.2.0.json 
   to <qvu-repository>/config/qvu-language.json. If you have made updates to the exiting language file 
   you will need to merge the latest file into you existing file.
   
5. After copying the files above restart the server with java -jar -Drepository.folder=<path-to-repository> path/to/qvu-0.2.0.jar
