02:13:55	Michael Alverson:	COSMIC is not a level of clearance, like Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential.  It is a separate classification associated with NATO allies.  Like NOFORN, restricted, etc. it is a separate grouping of documents.  Within that, they could be any of the levels.
