Toilets with seat up (always put toilet seat down)
Turned on Fans (always turns fans off -except for video)
Grill Covers
Cars in front of house

Anything else distracting - crooked furniture, messy pillows, rugs

Declutter - If it isnt decorative or built-in it should go

Window blinds - up/down/slats open - depends if view outside wanted, or more obscured
