The Foxes Guarding the Hen House When Lawyers write the laws they practice under! Would Americans tolerate Doctors manufacturing disease while simultaneously licensing treatments? The absurdity is obvious! Yet we have normalized something equally corrupt Lawyers writing laws they profit from enforcing. The numbers speak volumes: Robinson (2017) notes that Lawyers constitute only 0.4% of the United States population. But in 2015-16 Lawyers (37%) were the largest occupational group in the United States Congress. That is nearly 100 times their representation in the general population. This isn't representation it's occupation! The conflict is obvious, when Doctors write medical regulations we call it a conflict of interest. When oil executives write environmental policy we demand recusal But when Lawyers write the laws they will argue in court, collect fees to navigate, and profit from complexity we call it "expertise". While there is one lawyer for every accountant in America. The ratio in Congress is more lopsided 14 lawyers to every accountant! This could explain why the tax code is 75,000 pages. The only tax that is Constitutional is a sales tax. The amendment that created the income tax was never properly ratified. Of course if a Judge says it's good it must be good! Every page of legal complexity means more billable hours. Every new regulation requires legal interpretation. Every procedural hurdle generates revenue for the legal profession. Since the inception of public education over a hundred years ago, the American people have become nothing more than "educated" idiots. In need of, you guessed it, a Lawyer! The founders designed three co-equal branches of government (Isaiah 33:22 KJV) precisely to prevent this concentration of power. We have Lawyers in the legislature making laws. We have Lawyers in the executive branch enforcing laws. We have Lawyers in the judicial branch interpreting laws The manufactured complexity (Luke 11:45-54, KJV ) Would you trust pharmaceutical companies to write drug safety laws? Yet we allow Lawyers to write laws that ensure ordinary ( public educated ) citizens can't complete legal documents. Simple transactions require professional interpretation. Court procedures are incomprehensible without representation. Appeals processes are labyrinth and expensive. ($ 200-1,000 an Hour depending on the shyster, I mean Lawyer) This isn't accidental it's by design! ( Isaiah 10 1-5 KJV) True separation of powers means occupational separation of powers The Solution, the obvious answer is found in Shakespeare's Henry the 6th Part 2 but as a Born Again, Spirit filled, Christian, I can't advocate the wholesale slaughter of your friendly local Lawyer. My job is to "Save" ( it is good to know JESUS ) the Lawyers. (John 3:17 KJV) Though We the People ( America 250 ) can demand that members of the BAR ( British Accreditation Registry?) Officers of the " COURT " be prohibited from serving in State and Federal Legislature's. Legal complexity should be prohibited ( Why do you think they didn't teach the Slaves to read today We the People are Freedom Slaves, land of the fee and home of the Slave ) Citizens should be able to access the COURTS without intermediaries ( Justice shall not be for sale, denial or delay ) The whole point and purpose of our Government is to protect and maintain our GOD given rights. When it fails to do so, We the People reserve the right, duty and obligation to abolish the current government (trespassers, usurpers) and their henchmen (revenuers, police) and replace them with those who will honor their oath to the Constitution, Country and Creator In this our 250th year of independence it is high time to throw off the chains that bind over 5 million of our neighbors, victims of the beast system and demand that Pharaoh let God's people go! A crime is an act that causes provable personal injury or loss. No Victim, No crime! Over 50% of the incarcerated are non violent so called offenders. The American people would never tolerate Doctors making disease while selling cures.
