Petition summary and background	On November 09, 1994, Walif was WRONGFULLY CONVICTED at the age of 15 for a crime he did not commit. Walif was sentenced to 30 years to life for a murder. He has been incarcerated for 26 years.
Action petitioned for	We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens and families who urge our leaders to act now to give Walif a second chance at life. We, ask that Walif be freed from prison.
