We take photos daily and post on social media platforms.  Of course it is fun for our clients to see updates but also provides additional ways for our clients to see their pups when other forms of communication is limited.  We also provide private text messages to owners daily and videos for longer stays

Also in addition, we want to make sure you understand that there are times when there is no one in the kernel,  during designated rest times and overnight 

We do have a yearly fire inspection with Collin county and fire extinguishers at all entrances. We also have nest alerts for fire and smoke along with temperature and humidity alerts.

We have generators on site and can be switched over in a matter of minutes
