Happy Tots cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if we have reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or riders may be in danger. No rental will be allowed outdoors with a 50% chance of rain and/or thunderstorms or wind gusts over 15 mph in the forecast. In the event of rain/high wind, we will cancel your outside set up and refund your deposit. The safety of our customers is our top priority.
Rental Agreement
It is the responsibility of the person or organization using
equipment to ensure that all the possible precautions are taken to avoid
injury to people or damage to the equipment. Please ensure that
the following safety instructions are followed:
1. No food, drink, or chewing gum on the inflatable or in the soft play area. This will avoid a choking risk.
2. In case of rain/named storms, rental may be cut short. Must pull blower in before rain. DO NOT DEFLATE BEFORE PICK UP FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
3. Shoes, jewelry, pocket knives, and/or badges need to be removed before
using the equipment.
4. No face paints, NO SILLY STRING or ANY foreign object to be used in or near the inflatable or soft play area. These products cause severe damage and permanent staining. Customer agrees to pay a $100 cleaning fee if these terms are violated. Face paint and silly string will cause permanent damage. 
5. No smoking on or around the inflatable or soft play area.
6. No BBQs, grills, fireworks, or open fires around the inflatable or soft play area.
7. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls, mesh netting or soft play gate is not to be allowed.
8. A responsible adult must supervise at all times.
9. Always ensure that the inflatable or soft play area is not overcrowded. Limit numbers according
to the age and size of children/persons using it.
10. Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner
that could cause injury or distress to others.
11. No pets, toys, or sharp objects on the inflatable or in soft play area at any time.
12. Do not allow anyone to be in or on the inflatable during inflation/deflation as
this can cause damage or serious harm.
13. Please have kids play and bounce in a safe manner.
14. Water Slide Rentals: TURN OFF WATER HOSE PRIOR TO DEFLATING THE SLIDE.
15. Final balance will be charged by credit card on file after delivery has been made and no other form of payment has been issued by customer. 
Be advised, please disclose any and all obstacles that may impede delivery, i.e. gravel paths, fences, hills, wooded areas, etc. Please provide a clear path for delivery in the driveway. The deliverer has the option to cancel delivery with forfeit of deposit and delivery fee if obstacles are not previously disclosed and the path to inflatable desired destination is deemed too difficult to access. 
Liability Disclaimer
15. This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear is acceptable).
16. Customer agrees to company right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess said equipment.
17. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.
18. Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for any damages to rental equipment beyond repair. (Silly string will cause damage beyond repair)
Lessee understands and acknowledges that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Bounce House Mom LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Lessee hereby releases and holds harmless Bounce House Mom LLC from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. Happy Tots cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, Act of God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Tots from any loss, damage, theft or destruction of the equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof.
