Nina’s Korma recipe Recipe Ingredients (2 serving): - Korma Masala (2 Tbsp) - Choice of meat, chunks - 1 lb. - Dahi - 0.75 cups - Oil - 0.25 cup - Onions, diced - 0.75 cups - Ginger paste - 0.25 tbsp - Garlic paste - 0.25 tbsp - Water - 0.5 Prep: - Mix Dahi in meat. Let sit for 1 to 2 hours. Steps: - Lightly brown onions in oil. - Add ginger and garlic paste. - Cook till the pastes start to brown. - Add Dahi and meat mix. - Add all spices. Mix well. - Cook for about 5 minutes. - Add water (not if using chicken). - Cook till meat is tender, and oil surfaces. - Serve with Naan or Rice.
