Nina’s Pulao recipe Recipe Ingredients (1 serving): - Basmati or Sela Basmati Rice (1 Cup) - Oil (2 Tbsp oil) - Onions (3 Tbsp, diced) - Pulao Masala (1 Tbsp) - Water (2-3 Cups) - (optional) choice of meat (4oz, boiled) Steps: - Sautee onions in oil on medium heat till golden brown. Optionally, add meat. - Add Nina’s Pulao Masala. Cook for a couple of minutes. - Add half a cup of water for the spices to cook in for a minute. - Add the remaining water and wait till it starts to boil. - Add rice and continue cooking. Wait till water level reduces to the rice surface. - Lower heat to about 20%. Cover with lid and wait about 15- 20 minutes for the rice to cook completely in low heat and there is no water left. - Remove lid & toss rice with large forks.
