Stonegate HOA Annual Fall Meeting

Meeting was held at 134 Stonegate N and was called to order at 10:08 am 

Attendees included the HOA Board and nearly 25 Stonegate residents 

Minutes from the 2023 meeting were read and a treasurer’s report was provided

Old business discussed included new plans for the white slat fence at the front of the neighborhood. 

Attendees were reminded that the neighborhood is still in stage 4 water restrictions…a stage which does not allow for pressure washing

Attendees were reminded to follow the neighborhood website www.stonegateishome.com to make annual dues payments 

New business discussed included a reminder of the upcoming Fall garage sale and bulk trash pickup 

New directories were available to be sent out to residents. 

Conversation also included the importance of obeying speed limits and a reminder to drive safely through the neighborhood 

No additional business was discussed and the meeting was adjourned at 10:53 am
