Andrew Melendez is a kind, conciencous perfectionist who cares about providing excellent results. He was my go to handyman for 10 years at McElwain Investment Company overseeing over 180 properties. Once owners realized what quality work he naturally provided they privately hired him for their own home projects. I am forever grateful that he never forgot me and would prioritize our property projects first while still meeting all deadlines as promised. Of course sometimes unexpected challenges present themselves but he communicated quickly and presented creative options to keep to time lines as best as possible without sacrificing quality.  I miss working with him on a daily basis but I continue to keep him as my go to guy for my personal projects.
