10/22/2019 Bid approved for the Indian Springs project... Inbox x Elaine Foster Tue, Oct 22, 10:47 AM (3 days ago) to George, Elaine, Patrick, wbryant@a2ce.net, Lester, me George at Crown Point Land Services (with copies to others), At the October 16, 2019 board meeting, the Deer Mountain board of directors approved your bid of between $1,200 and $1,500 to conduct the topographic survey of the Deer Mountain property located in the Indian Springs subdivision in Cotopaxi. Below is the email showing your bid. Thank you very much for being willing to help us move this project forward. We appreciate your willingness to do this work. Your bid was based on Woody Bryant's requirements that I have included again here: "Location of existing structures at ground level w/finished floor elevation noted Topography (2’ contours, supplemented with spot grades where necessary) – continue topography 50’ “down grade” from the stormwater management pond discharge within roadside ditch. Provide Benchmark information. Delineation of parking area, including delineation of parking spaces/types, pavement types, etc… (as applicable) Property Line based on your previous survey (certification is NOT required) Locations/Pipe Types/Inverts of any known on-site utilities, including the new stormwater management pond’s discharge pipe (both ends of pipe needed) Again, the survey does NOT need to conform to ALTA standards and will only be used for remedial design – so a Design Topographic Survey. That’s all that’s needed." Could you please give us a rough time frame when you will be able to begin this work? Board member Patrick Smith and I thank you again for helping us with the Deer Mountain Fire Protection District's surveying needs. -Elaine Foster Vice-Chairman of DMFPD (719) 942-3344Elaine Foster 10/25/2019 to Elaine, Lester, me, J.R. HI All, I called George from Crown Point Land Services. He said he emailed me but I didn't get it, maybe you did. Anyway, he said that he can start surveying the Deer Mountain property in Indian Springs in 4 to 5 weeks from now.. If there is snow on the ground, it will be longer. So I believe we can expect him to do the survey in December 2019.
