SlowDowner 1.1.1 for Linux desktop

This package targets Ubuntu 24.04 or newer and compatible Ubuntu derivatives such as Linux Mint 22. Other distributions are not yet tested. It requires glibc 2.39 or newer and an X11 desktop or XWayland. It does not run on Android.

Choose amd64 for a normal Intel/AMD 64-bit PC. Choose arm64 for an ARM64 Linux desktop. Extract the ZIP, then open a terminal in the extracted folder and run the matching command:

sudo apt install ./SlowDowner-1.1.1-Linux-amd64.deb

or, for ARM64:

sudo apt install ./SlowDowner-1.1.1-Linux-arm64.deb

Launch SlowDowner from your application menu. Python installation is not required. Audio-device access and desktop compatibility still need testing on a real Linux PC; container tests check installation, GUI startup and rendering with a virtual display, not audible playback.

Smooth tails defaults on; Preserve Bass + Brightness defaults off. Both settings are remembered. The same licence key can activate Linux, subject to the existing shared three-device limit. Activation and renewal require the same relay as the other versions. No relay update is required.

Settings and activation are stored under ~/.local/share/breathingstatue/slowdowner. Package upgrades preserve them. Uninstall with sudo apt remove slowdowner; user data remains unless you remove it yourself.

This is proprietary software by Ilari Halonen / Breathing Statue. Licence terms and third-party notices are available in the app. The package has no distro-repository signature; download only from the publisher's trusted website and compare the SHA256 checksum supplied with the release.
