-Hurricane shutters are to be the metal panels that were put in by the builder. Accordings are allowed in the color of white only. No Rolloden shutters.
-Hurricane replacement windows are to be white framed with no reflective material or window color. Must meet Miami Dade Building Codes.
-House numbers are to be the same as when the house was built 3" by 6". Black numbers are allowed up to size 4" by 7". No lights allowed
-Roof replacements are to be the same tiles and color currently in the community.
-No ACC form will be reviewed without the Miami Dade County permit attached to the request
-All approved ACC requets must start the work within 90 days of approval. If not the homeowner must re-apply with a new ACC request.
