All architectural requests are to include the following information Remember that anything done outside a resident home in Deer Creek requires association approval. this is due to new laws signed by Governor DeSantis that went into effect.
-Completed ACC form
-A copy of Miami Dade County permit
-Copies of all paperwork given to Miami Dade Building Department
-Copy of the contractors license
-Copy of contractors insurance with Deer Creek named on the policy
-All spec's of the work to be done which is to include the color-this should be in the paperwork given to the county
