Instruction for setting the Temperature on the Thermostat.
1	Remove clear plastic packaging.
2	Roll out the mat.
3	Insert the power plug to the wall socket and the thermostat light will illuminate.
4	Press and hold the Left hand arrow untill the numbers start flashing. Adjust this 	temp to 25degC by pressing the left arrow to increase and the right arrow to 	decrease the temp. When 25 is selected. Do not touch for 5seconds and the lights 	will stop flashing. this indicates the left temp is set. This is the temperature that the 	heat will turn on at. MIN TEMP
5	Press and hold the Right hand arrow untill the numbers start to flash. Adjust this 	temp to 26degC by pressing the left arrow to increase and the right arrow to 	decrease the temp. When 26 is selected. Do not touch for 5 seconds and the lights 	will stop flashing. This indicates the right temp is set. This is the temperature that 	the heat will turn off. MAX TEMP
6	Please check the settings by holding the temperature probe in your fingers. When 	the temp rises above the MAX TEMP. The red light will go off. Let go of the heat 	probe and put to one side. When the temperature drops down to the MIN TEMP. 	the red light will come on. 
7	When set. Tape the probe to the heat mat to stop it coming loose.
8	Place your grow bag or box in the middle of the heat mat and ontop of the temp 	probe. Adding insulation under the heat mat in benificial. 

This thermostat will now maintain the perfect temperature to incubate your colonising mycelium. You must always have the thermostat temp probe between the heat mat and the Box or Tub. 
For Growing select left hand arrow 25 and right hand arrow to 26. For Fruiting, please select a temp of 22 for the left hand arrow and 23 for the Right hand arrow by repeating the above steps. You will not feel much heat coming from the heat mat. Your hand temperature is 32c and the heat mat max set temp should be 26. If you set the heat mat incorectly it will rise in temp to 66c so please do the finger test with the temp probe. Check the temperature read out again 10mins later just to be sure.
