How to submit the Registration Form?

There are FOUR option available to submit the registration Form:

OPTION 1

Take the printout of Registration form; fill it and send through speed post/courier along with Registration fee as demand draft.

OPTION 2

Take the printout of Registration form; fill it and scan the form and send email to training@apexbiotechtraining.in OR apexbiotechchennai@gmail.com. Once your form received as email you will be notified with BANK DETAILS for online transaction of registraion fee.

OPTION 3

Take the printout of Registration form; fill it and come to our research facility directly handed over the form along with registration fee as cash/DD/TEZ/Online (IMPS/NEFT)

OPTION 4

Walk in to our research facility and get the Registration form; fill it then hand over the registration form along with registration fee as cash/DD/TEZ/Online (IMPS/NEFT) 


P.S.: Once getting the filled-in registration form and cleared payments; your registration will be accepted and same may be intimated as Letter Acceptance through E-MAIL.
