Meeting called to order at 7:42pm by Ezra

Secreatary's Report - motion to accept 12/08/2021 minutes with a correction regarding brush cutter motion

Treasurer's Report
  - Snomads checking $5,591, Snomads $395 in cash, Snowbirds checking $509
  - Clothing can be purchased at https://mpsnomads.square.site
  - Dues can be paid online https://my.cheddarup.com/c/snomads
  - We will not combine Snomads and Snowbirds checking accounts in order leave grant funding options open
  - Motion to file for future audit

Old Business:
  - Trail shelter: Ezra replaced batteries in lights, stocked fire supplies
  - Further discussion on verticle brush cutter. See https://stoutdesignsllc.com
  - Banners for the Luce Line.  We have NWT and Loretto banners. Colin will work with Excelsior Brewing to get a Snomads banner
  - Youth group ride: Feb. 6, Audrey is coordinating. Meeting at Tri-K Sports, stopping at trail shelter for refreshments

New Business:
  - Hot dogs at trail shelter Feb. 6 11am-3pm in conjunction with youth group ride.  Ezra will get the food

  - Jan. 21-23: Hamel club trip to Pike Bay Lodge, Tower, MN
  - Feb. 9 7:30pm: next meeting at Monies
  - Feb. 10-13: club trip to Houston, MN
  - March 5: softball game, Maple Plain vs. Hamel

To-Do's:
  - Colin will get estimate for Luce Line banners
  - Ezra will purchase trail signs ($250 approved by NWT at 10/2021 meeting)
  - Colin will contact Excelsior Brewing regarding a banner
  - Need hot dog roasting sticks for trail shelter
