All annual tuition is divided into ten equal installments.

THE TORBANK PHILOSOPHY
Torbank is a cooperative pre-school/nursery school for children ages 2 years through 5 years.  Parents of our students are involved in all aspects of the school from the management of the school to classroom participation.  Our program strives to provide an atmosphere in which our students can experience the world with enthusiasm and interest and in which our students can learn to creatively express themselves through art, music and language. Torbank’s program: enhances the child's self-image; inspires the child's confidence; stimulates intellectual growth; develops physical strengths and skills; promotes independence and creativity.

FEES
A non-refundable registration fee of $125.00 (includes tote bag and yearbook) and one month’s non-refundable security installment must accompany this application.  On June 1, 2021 a second non-refundable installment is due.  These deposits may not be used for payment if child leaves mid-year.  All future tuition installments are due on the first of the month.  (Beginning Sept. 1st. and ending April 1st.). Torbank is a cooperative nursery school, parents are expected to participate in the operation of the school by working on one general committee and attending one maintenance session a year. One additional committee or maintenance is required if more than one child is enrolled.  A fee of $425 ($225- maintenance, $200-committee) is due September 1. The fee for families with two children enrolled is $625. The fee will be returned in June if all obligations have been met.
