Library Standard #14 states:
	- Establishes and maintains partnership with other educational, cultural or community organizations which enable the library to address the community’s needs, as outlined in the library’s long-range plan of service.

Red Creek Free Library Standard #14
The Red Creek Free Library will establish and maintain partnership with other educational, cultural or community organizations which will enable the library to address the community’s needs by, but not limiting to;

- The Red Creek Free Library will maintain partnership with the Red Creek Central School District through communication with both the Elementary and High School libraries, along with the ABCD educational school. This includes, but not limited to, informational visits, joint projects, book borrowing, and etc.

- The RCFL will continue to be in partnership with Workforce Employment, which aides community members in job searches.

- The RCFL will address community needs by continuing to provide services such as blood drives, mammography screenings, and other services needed by the community.

- The RCFL will also continue to provide educational and cultural activities, which include children’s clubs, craft clubs, book clubs, and other activities.
