Standard #12 Paid Director

	The Red Creek Free Library employs a paid Director in accordance with the provisions of section 90.8 of the Regulations of the Committee of Education. The Director has has 2 years of college education.  The Director presently works an vaerage of 18 hours each week, has paid vacation, personal days and a Birthday holiday.  The Director fulfills the requiements as set out in the RCFL job description, including a yearly review.
