Shoulders minimum rest between sets 4x15 1. Rear Delt Flys on Machine 2. Rear Delt Dumbbell Flys 3. Wide Grip Upright Rows (for lateral delt) 4. Incline Bench Lateral Raises -Set bench to 80 degrees (or whatever is before 90) -Keep Elbow Locked & palm always foward -Raise the dumbbell inbetween the front raise / lateral raise positions -If you can view your arms making an angle, you want to lift the dumbbell toward 45 degrees 5. Supinated Grip Barbell Front Raises 6. Low Cable Rope Raises (it'll be between your legs, and raise towards ceiling)
