Read before you rely on this: identification and pricing are the examiner's best visual estimate, not a certified appraisal. Perforation counts are read from the photograph, not measured with a physical gauge, and can be off by a point — for a firm reading, use a perforation gauge against the actual stamp. Values swing enormously with centering, gum, faults, and cancellation type, none of which can be judged reliably from one photo; confirm against a current Scott (or relevant national) catalogue before buying, selling, or insuring.
