A.T.H.D.: Additional Endorsements (WCM), for Driver’s License(s), as to Defend Agriculture & Ecology Health 

‘Education and Enforcement Combined, to Create Positive Experience(s), for All Ecological Organisms’  

 
Basic(s): L (Animals) & A (Agriculture: Crops), Endorsements, are not the only Additions to DL’s, that Will Help, Create Better Ecology and Agriculture Health, from a More Interconnected, Train of Thought and Action. W (Nature: Liquids), C (Construction), and M (Military), are needed, as well, to Defend the USA, and the World, through Positive Vector Managment.  

 As per, another AHTCWP, I have mentioned, the need for the availability of, A (Agriculture: Crops) and L (Animals / Livestock) Endorsements on Driver’s Licenses. This addition creates more education for all involved, both the operators and enforcers, but also creates a more interconnected network of regulation and interdiction. By making such endorsements available, Animals and Crops, will be offered greater protection and defense, as to help these organisms themselves, but also provide for more stringent environmental and ecological protection of Agriculture and Horticulture, through ensuring the health of these living organisms, involved in such, as they are transported, valued added, and so much more. Regulating these vectors (vehicles), by regulating these vectors within (Crops and Livestock), creates a more wholistic and practical methodology of preventing the spread and transfer of vectors and pathogens, before they have a chance to transmit and cause, disease. This is a realistic paradigm, that has much to offer, both Federally (USA), and transnationally, or at least, in North America, as of current.  

 Liquids, such as Water, and Vehicles, such as Boats, are also Vectors of Pests and Pathogens, so is Construction Equipment and Military Vehicles; all of these have in the past and currently spread diseases and harmful organisms, far and wide, across America, and much beyond. Additional endorsements for the transport of such, should be required, as to offer more stringent enforcement, as needed, to help defend Ecological and Non Agriculture Health, in a more preventative and interdiction fashion, of necessity. More knowledge of such, will offer those on all sides, greater abilities, to take action, on matters, they may have simply overlooked before.  

 Endorsements such as, W (for Ecological and Agriculture Liquids), C (for Construction), and M (for Military), will all, help stop the spread of invasive species, as well as deter and prevent the spread of pathogens and pests, through these vectors, as they are already present.

Advanced: Wholistic Ecological Health, beyond Agriculture, requires Advanced Trains of Thought 

 A increased intelligence method to help Agriculture and Ecological Health, while also defending Homeland Security, and offering protection, to Medium (Crops, Animals) organisms, while also, preventing loss of resources to and diseases towards higher organism (Humans). These more preventative and stringent, requirements, as needed, to defend Health, on a more agronomic scale, and extensive view, of interdisciplinary intensive areas, are essential to an increased presence and awareness, regarding disease pressures, both at the Homeland (USA), and far beyond our borders (Non USA).  A (Agriculture: Crops) and L (Animals: Livestock), are a critical place, to start, with such additional endorsements, and then move on, from there, with W (Nature: Liquids), C (Construction), and M (Military) endorsements, as to help stop the spread of new invasive species, but also preventively interdict and enforce, as should be required, to defend Agriculture and Ecology Health, and Homeland Security (USA),  through an increased network of analytical and intelligent thought, rather than by chance, as such happens. This overt and prevention method of operations will increase trade compliance and help organisms, at all levels of Life.
