HAZMAT Purchases & Real Property Linked, to Federal ID's

'A tracked HAZMAT purchase today, keeps the Terrorists away' 

BasIC(S): All Hazardous Materials & Real Property, Linked to Federal ID's

As with regard to Unified ID's (   • Official (P1UL3): UplandVudu_UID's_A.T.H.D...  , Animals & Crops (   • Official (P1UL1): Agriculture Transportati...  ), Construction, Nature, Defense (   • Official (P1UL2): eCWM_A.T.H.D._08262025_CTT  ) Aquatic (   • Official (P1UL4): M_AquaticVehichle_Endo_E...  ), & Education (   • Official (P1UL5): (G)_Endorsement(s)_Globa...  ). Their is a need to protect the nation (USA) and Federal Infrastructure, as well as the Global World, through increased endorsements and unified ID's, as aforementioned. However, addition is made here, that combines critical vigilance, with red thought actions, from a blue perspective and purple perception of action(s), with Life; this is the need for all HAZMAT and Real Property purchases to be linked to and through, these Unified ID's (Federal / USA, First, then Global, after that). 

The best practicality, moving forward, while taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture of terrestrial and marine ecologies, is having some type of increased transfer and logistics monitoring of HAZMAT purchases, and real property, as to have social and constructive bridges built, that have modern features, that forgo 1984 style mass surveillance, but increases selective containment and rigorousness of internal Homeland Security, and internal and external porousness. Having all purchases of HAZMAT and Real Property, be through these Unified ID's, is a clear and credible effective solution, that increases efficiency and reduces waste, while helping to protect people and the environment, but also, the Homeland (USA), as a whole. Not all bank accounts and typical purchases or transactions, should have to be made through these unified ID's but having HAZMAT, be through such, allows for reduced dangers, in a post 9/11 World. 


AdvanceD: HP not as an endorsement, but as with a protective system, of monitoring trade, through increased surveillance and Regulatory thought action, from an Environmental Perspective. 

Purchases of Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), should require an endorsement for such, not just to transport such. This should be through a unified Federal (USA) ID, that is linked to one's bank account, as to allow, for a measure against, suspicious or uncredible, use and transport, of such. These stringency requirements, of DHS, should be extended to, purchases of HAZMAT, as to restrict their use to credible and official sources, with reasonable use methodologies and operations. However, Orwellian style surveillance, should not occur, as left wing nonsense, and have this be extended to all typical daily or other reasonable purchases. Something as simple as this, helps prevent accidents, but also help deter and reduce terrorism, both within our borders, and with Countries who share our values and trust our creative alliances. There is a need for such, not just a call, as per, a post 9/11 World, where traditional wars decrease and internal Homeland threats increase, as the World advances through technology, but falls back, widely, as per lack of unification and shared values. Many hope, this will offer a better and more secure World, through these simple and productive thought actions. 

As with addition, to the above paragraph, and the links in the BasIC(S), section, please also realize the importance of real property being linked to such unified ID's as well, as to help combine programs that HUD, DOC, FAS, among other departments utilize as to help Americans within the Homeland and the Global Citizens, of the World, as needed, for a better World, for all. Having these properties, linked to such will help streamline government processes, and reduce waste and latency, amongst those, who fail to advance with the times, and stay stuck in the past, rather than moving forward, with some traditional values. Again, not all purchases should be linked to such, however, HAZMAT & Real Property, are major purchases and should be monitored to some degree as per the latter, as to in increase efficiency, and to a much larger degree, as per the former, as to increase actual effectives.
