Official (P1UL1): Agriculture Transportation Endorsement [A.T.H.D.]


Basics: L & A, Endorsements on USA Driver’s Licenses, for the transportation of L, Animals (Livestock), and A Plants (Crops)

Their is a need to help protect and defend, animals and plants, through the requirement, of an endorsement on licenses, for the transportation of crops and livestock, from all areas, these organisms, coexist together. Having, the additional experience gained by all, will create, a more cohesive and holistic approach and methodology of operation, to help curb smuggling by increasing interdiction, increase trade compliance, by both industry and government, and defend agriculture and horticulture health, by the use of additional regulations, and knowledge gain and application of such concepts, to create efficiently effective positive experiences, for all.

P (Crops) endorsement should be A (Crops); A representing, Agriculture, not P representing, Plants, as P (Passenger), is already an endorsement. I apologize, for this error. 


Advanced: MV’s and associated contents, as Vectors, and L (Animals / Livestock), and A (Agriculture / Horticulture, Crops / Plants) endorsements, as a way of controlling such, through positive management

Just as like, animals and plants, are vectors, of pathogens, which cause disease, so are products, like vehicles and machines, which transport, and value add, these organisms, and organisms within (endo) and withon (exo) organisms. Helping to regulate the larger vectors, vehicles, and the smaller vectors, they transport and more, plants and animals, will allow, for disease to be managed more efficiently and effectively, through the application of educational concepts, and both positive and negative, human experiences. These endorsements will, help to create, barriers of transport, through intellectual thought, of the diseases themselves, but not hinder trade, that would weaken America. Their is a delicate balance drawn, from all this ecological biology, but having these L (Animals) and A (Crops), endorsements, will help, to allow, the management of vectors and diseases, in a more regulation fashion, of necessity, rather than irreversible irregularity, if such, is not, allowed to be put, into place. 

These endorsements, should be made available to, CDL B’s and A’s, however, they should also, be in use for DL B’s and A’s, as many Farmers, have DL A’s and DL B’s, instead of CDL B’s and CDL A’s. I also propose, the availability and development of a CDL C, as such does not exist, nationaly, as of now. This (lack of a) CDL C (DL C, instead), is also another, grey area loophole, that many in Agriculture, use, as well, as the aforementioned, lack of C, on tradtional DL A’s and B’s. Most of the vectoring, within transporation value adding of Agriculture and Horticulture, animals / livestock, and plants / crops, that needs to be corrected, beyond the need for L and A endorsements, is by DL C’s, that should be CDL C’s. Correcting and developing, this, holistically, at the Federal level (USA), as to include Transportation, Homeland Security / Defense, and Agriculture, with interdiciplinay and critical wholistic thought, understanding, and positive action. This will help Defend Agriculture and Ecology Health, in the bigger picture.
