 The era, we live in, after 9/11, is of much threat, to the defense of the Homeland (USA), from both outside and inside attackers; this has been true ever since that fateful morning. There are many methods, of operations, we may use, as a collective nation, that will offer clear demise, to those who chose, to not participate in Democracy and Freedom. A cost effective and credible method of doing such, that is transparent, and offering of inspiration and development, to other nations, is through the use of a Collective (USA), National Identification Card, or a USA Passport Card / Driver’s License, for all Citizens and Residents, as well as those here through, other methods. This stringent requirement, will allow, for increased defense of Homeland Security, while Defending Agriculture, through the elimination of Transnational Crime, in an overt and precise, manner, of articulate precision, that offers, a fair chance, to all. Something, as simple to this, is an easy and meaningful solution, to helping deter and repel, crime, that surrounds and embodies Agriculture, but is evident, in all other areas, of our Lives and Nation, as well, while increasing trade compliance, and offering some integrative shielding to bioecology health, and ecological diplomacy.  

 This extensive method, of operations, is much beyond, what is required now, in a hodgepodge network of 10th amendment latency, that creates, shotgun holes, in our nation’s defense and Agriculture protection; putting, such into place, creates, a more unified and wholistic system, of National Defense, as to resist those, who chose not to participate, in our ideals and values, that are not offered, as much, elsewhere, throughout the World. Such will combine USA Passports, Driver’s License & TWIC Cards (HSPD-12), and the associated requirements, into one physical card, with the same literal and figurative standards, as all these combined, at the unified, extensive, and Federal (USA) level, of complex and credible, transparent thought, and action, as repel terrorism, and defend Agriculture and the Homeland (USA). This method will help create positive change, beyond the USA, as well.
