RHCFA T-Shirt Design Contest: Call for Entries! We are thrilled to announce our T-shirt design contest and invite you to put your creativity to work! This is more than just a shirt—it’s an opportunity to showcase the incredible talent within our Rio Hondo community while celebrating the accomplishments of the Rio Hondo College Faculty Association (RHCFA) over the past year. We want a design that reflects our collective pride, strength, and solidarity, while also highlighting the vibrant spirit of our campus. Let your imagination shine as you create something that represents both our achievements and our commitment to one another. The winning design will be printed on t-shirts distributed to over 300 RHCFA members this fall. Who Can Enter a Design: ·       Current RHCFA union members ·       Current Rio Hondo College students enrolled in 6 or more units in Fall 2025 Design Requirements: ·       Must incorporate the official RHCFA logo (provided) ·        Must include the following hashtags:

  #NEATODAY ·       Can be single- or multi-color (final design may be adjusted for printing) ·       Must be an original work. Designs may be created using platforms like Canva, Adobe Express, Procreate, etc., as long as the final product is the participant’s own original work and does not rely on unaltered templates, clip art, or copyrighted material not owned by the participant.  Designs created using T-shirt design websites such as Bonfire, CafePress, or Zazzle will NOT be accepted. ·       Must be submitted in a  high-resolution image (PDF, PNG, or JPEG)         The Prize: ·       Winner will receive a $200 gift card provided by RHCFA ·       Winning design will be featured on t-shirts and potentially other union swag (lanyards, mugs, mouse pads) ·       Campus-wide recognition on RHCFA’s Instagram and events 
 Judging criteria will include: ·       Concept and originality of design ·       Adherence to design and submission rules and guidelines ·       Production readiness of design Timeline: Design submissions will be accepted starting Thursday, September 18 2025

The Winner will be announced at the All Staff Friendsgiving Luncheon on November 17, 2025 How to Submit: ·       Email your design (PDF, PNG, or JPEG) and signed release agreement to cyisais@gmail.com ·       Subject: RHCFA T-Shirt Design Entry ·       Email should include the following information: o   Your full name o    Student/faculty status.  Students please submit proof of enrollment in 6 or more units. You can do this through your AccessRio account using your unofficial transcript. o    Phone number, email, and student ID number if you are a student o   Signed release agreement By submitting your design, you agree: ·       That your design is original and your own work ·        That, if selected, you grant RHCFA permission to use your design on shirts, lanyards, mugs, or other union-branded items
