AT HOME WITH TIA - REUSABLE 8-POINT STAR BOW MAKER

TESTED SIZES
4.5-inch star -> approximately 3-inch bow
7.43-inch star -> approximately 5-inch bow
9-inch star -> approximately 7-inch bow

CUT-ONLY SVG FILES
Each SVG includes the outer star and circular center opening at the stated physical size.
Numbers are NOT built into these SVGs, so Cricut will not mistakenly cut the individual digits.

HOW TIA USES THE TEMPLATE
1. Make a numbered star with the numbering shown on the companion PDF.
2. Laminate BEFORE cutting. Tia laminated her numbered template and then cut the shape with her Cricut; this helps ribbon slide off when finished.
3. Start with the FIRST end of your ribbon coming from BEHIND the star. Secure that end with a small piece of tape on the BACK.
4. Wrap the ribbon around the points in number order, 1 through 8, as shown in Tia's video.
5. Secure the middle, carefully slip the ribbon off the star, and fluff the loops.
6. Label the back with a Sharpie (template size / bow size) to reuse it later.

IMPORTANT FOR CRICUT USERS
The shapes here are CUT-ONLY, with no text. If you want numbers on the same star,
you must add them as Cricut Pen/DRAW or use an appropriately configured Print Then Cut project.
Do not set the numbers to CUT. Print Then Cut needs correct registration and alignment;
simply loading a printed/laminated PDF with a cut-only SVG will not align automatically.
Lamination may affect reading registration marks on some machines.
Check scale before cutting and compare to Tia's original working star.
