	Thanks Mac, we are not down into building details yet, but will be designing the housing to exceed the best hurricane standards, effectively spending our high performance building savings on features such as that. And yes, the utilities in this village will be protected underground, and being a renewable energy microgrid and innovative water management system, the basic infrastructure is planned to be as uninterruptible as possible. Please feel free to bring this up verbally during Q&A as well if I didn’t satisfactorily answer your questions.
