Mission Statement

	Team Spadezpoker, also known as Team Spadez, is privately owned, financed, managed, and staffed operation. Players need little to no experience to qualify. As well as offering sponsorships we will distribute team merchandise and offer poker lessons and trips. The trips will have a set cover charge that will also include tournament/ cashgame money, housing, and travel expenses.
	Team Spadezpoker is an organized group of competitive mixed skill poker players from around the world. They were individually scouted and selected to represent our label in tournaments ranging in skills and buy-ins. The tournament buy-ins range from 50.00$ to 340.00$ in local events and 350.00$ to 25,000.00$ events in the World Series of Poker and WSOP circuit events. Here at Team Spadez we offer short term as well as long term contracts. The contracts carry no penalties for not attending any events while under contract. All event attendance is optional.

	This is not a company that focuses on the business of gambling on poker players. Instead we focus on the advancement and improvement of players set abilities. Through strict focus on tournament starategies and poker discipline
we intend to improve each individuals chances of success.
	
 This company is in no way affiliated with any other major sponsorship programs, poker companies, or any privately or corporate owned casinos.The players sponsored by our company were chosen based on their skill set and knowlege of the game. The team opperates on a sponsorship style program which requires zero investment from the player with a negotiated financial split of any money won through the event. Players will recieve a set percentage based on their experience with the team and knowlege of the game style. 
  	Investors While currently being self financed we are looking for the opportunity to bring in outside investors
to improve our range of tournaments and the regularity of our monthly schedule. Because of our possible profit margin we think our services can be accepted as a great investment. Our flexibility can allow us to work with any size of investment with the same efficiency and profit margin. Smaller investments will be applied to our local tournament circuit and larger investments will be taken to las vegas for the annual World Series of Poker in the summer.
